24 Hour Payday Loan in Decatur, AL – Requesting 1,500 — My name is C Reed and I live in Decatur. Some people try to pronounce it like they were in France, while others put a western slant on it. We are in America, so forget that French accent stuff, you cannot even understand what they say.
