Business Loan Capital in Durham, NC Wanting $130,000 – I am E. Perry and I am looking for a loan to help expand our business here in Durham. We provide security guards for many local businesses here in the city and we have expanded so much that we really need to find a new office. We have our eye on one location; however it will need about $100k in renovations before we can move in. The extra $30k is in case we get any surprises.
Having a new location will get us away from our cramped quarters and provide us with a meeting room to meet with customers and also interview security guards that we plan to hire. Right now everyone is sitting almost on top of each other and there really is no private meeting place to hold meetings. Sometimes we have to rent hotel conference rooms to meet with potential customers. We would like to be much more professional to our customers as well as our staff. Discussing private information about customers or employees in a crowded office is not a good way to do business.
We can provide information regarding our revenue levels to substantiate the loan if needed. Please advise when we can get to together to discuss this loan. We will have to meet at your premises, since we really do not have a good place to meet at our current offices.
