Debt Consolidation Loan in Prichard, Alabama – Wanting 40000 — My wife, R. Rivera needs to consolidate all of our debts. I am applying for her because she does not really understand all of this financial stuff. I have been trying to tell her that if we consolidate all of our credit cards into a personal loan, that we will pay a lot less interest, we can pay off the loan faster than the credit cards and our payments will be a lot smaller each month.
Can you help me to explain this to her? We have 5 credit cards with a total of 40000 balance and believe me they are generating a lot of interest every month. I don’t know really what happened, but spending got out of control and now we owe all of this money. We have locked up our cards and only pay cash now for anything we buy. I never want to be put in this position again.
We both have good jobs. I work as a gas plant operator and she works as a gaming supervisor at the casino nearby. We both have been there for a few years and are quite stable in our jobs. Once we get our finances on track again, I know that our life will be a lot better than it is right now. Do you think you can help us out with the loan and can you educate my wife about these loans. She is real good with math, but seems to have a mental block when it comes to loans and credit cards.
