Before you begin looking at buying an RV, and getting a loan, you should be looking at your credit score to see where you stand these days with the credit reporting agencies. You really want to know what score you have before you even walk into a dealership or bank to discuss your different lending options - or should I say borrowing options. You can call the credit reporting agencies and see if there's anything you may want to clear up on your credit history.
Below is the contact information for the main three credit reporting agencies;
Equifax PO Box 105873 Atlanta, GA (800)685-1111
Experian PO Box 8030 Layton, UT (800)520-1221
Trans-Union PO Box 390 Springfield, PA 19064 (800)916-8800
These credit reporting agencies are the most important ones for you to be consulting. I know that some people claim their FICO score, calculated by the Fair Isaac Company, ..........continued

from above.......is what the lending institutions look at when approving you for loan, but your FICO score is determined by a multiple list of factors. The most important being the three major credit reporting agencies. If you really want it covered you should look at these credit reporting agencies and get your FICO score updated, fixed, repaired etc.
If you know if you have a FICO score above 700 you will be paying a much lower interest rate then if you have a FICO score below 600. Once you have all of your reports up-to-date and possibly fixed due to errors on reporting, you are ready to go and get an RV loan. You can see some of the online RV loan providers, but I would always suggest checking your local bank or credit union to see if they will lend you the money first. They are likely to give you a better interest rate (APR) then if you use an online lending institution which will most likely carry higher interest rates and higher fees.
Some lending institutions require cosigners for approval, and
you may want to haggle for the lowest interest rate possible
before applying for Aarp RV Loans - no matter what you should
consider making your periodic payments monthly instead of every two weeks
