Anyway I am a tax preparation specialist and we use computers to prepare our taxes. Unfortunately, we had a power surge the other night when that big electrical storm went through and it blew out our computers and a number of other things. We really need new computers so we can continue working doing peoples taxes.
We need two computers, plus the software to operate them. I think the total cost will come to slightly less than 5000 and then we can get back into business. Once we have the money, it will only take us about 2 days to get back in business. We have to install the computers, install all of the software, recover all of our files and then check that everything is working properly.
We are already behind in appointments, so we are considering renting some computers, however if we can get this loan approved quickly, then we will purchase new machines and go that route. This will avoid installing software twice, once in the rentals and again in the purchased units.
Please advise ASAP so we can make a quick business decisions regarding which approach to take.
