Unsecured Business Loan in Marietta, Georgia for amount 500,000 — My name Amy Y. I need to borrow a sum of $500,000 for a rather exciting business venture I am heading up in Marietta GA. I have a small business opportunity for a turn-key business that makes a gross profit of $200,000 a year, with a net income after expenses of $80K to $100K a year. This is surely labeled as a small business as you can see. I have an income from an online business that makes me a constant $3000-$3500 monthly, which can fund my monthly or biweekly payments on this half a million dollar loan.
I unfortunately DO NOT have any kind of security on the loan, but I can willing to negotiate a deal in which the private lender will get a piece (percentage) of the business. Like a silent partner.
