Unsecured Personal Loan in Alexander City, AL – Borrowing 5000 — Hi I am a traffic technician in Alexander City, and my name is W. King. We are planning on doing some renovations to our home this year and would like to get a small loan to help pay for the upgrades that are planned.
I am looking for this loan since we do not have any credit cards and we do not have a mortgage, so I am not even sure what our credit rating indicates. Some people have told us that you have to borrow money in order to have a credit rating. We do not have any outstanding bills or debt so we should be a good risk. Both my wife and I work and will be able to pay the loan off in 12 months time.
We could wait and save the money like we do for most things, however there are such good deals on right now, that we think it would be better to go ahead and get the renovations done now. What do you think? Will you be able to lend us the money?
